I highly recommend Craig Wainwright, Naturopath/Pharmacist at Botanica Medica. If you want expert advice and guidance from someone who keeps up with the latest medical/health research relevant to your condition, he is your man. I wish I had found him sooner as I might have been able to keep my gallbladder. In the aftermath of surgery, he has been very helpful and supportive. Five stars.

Apart from being very personable, it became apparent very quickly that Craig has a deep passion for helping his patients improve their health.He is extremely thorough with his questions and the use of various blood tests etc.Sometimes it can take a while to identify the root cause but he is dedicated to finding it rather than just treating symptoms.In my case it did take some time but once I took the required action my life was so much better.I highly recommend Craig for his knowledge , expertise and for his genuine care. My family and I have been going to the centre for more than 20 years. Both Tracey Cook, Craig Wainwright and staff, have been wonderfully helpful, so informed and professional on every level of natural and pharmacology medicines, able to blend the two worlds of understanding and science.

All five members of my family (adults, teens and tweens) have been treated by Craig at Botanica Medica for various issues including chronic eczema, MCAS, ADHD, ASD, PCOS, MTHFR mutation, insulin resistance, IBS, sleep apnea, anxiety/low mood, fatigue and peri-menopause and it's no understatement to say he's changed our lives. Craig understands the link between so many issues that are often treated separately by conventional medicine and he treats the underlying causes rather than just managing symptoms. Craig is very warm and approachable and extremely knowledgeable, basing his treatment on robust research. We live interstate and have been doing online consults which is super convenient. Craig has given us our lives back and is highly recommended.

Firstly, I have been going here for YEARS!! I love this place so much. It has helped me so much over the years, I see an amazing naturopath Craig who has changed my life and allowed me to have such a better quality of life. Secondly, the Dr. Hauschka skincare is AMAZING!! I went to the skincare night with my Mum and I was truly impressed. I’ve been to so so many beauticians and a few dermatologists over the years and spent so much money on things that didn’t work. This worked, and you could see the results in a DAY! I was so impressed I bought a few things and will continue to use this line of skincare. It’s so gentle on the skin, and it helps repair. The staff and the lady who was teaching us about the skincare were lovely. They are always so lovely and welcoming at Botanica Medica! 10/10 will go again!
