Sunnier days are on their way and now is the ideal time to de-stress after our wet and weary winter.  Feeling stressed in today’s society is pretty much inevitable. However, how stressed you feel or how often this happens are two things that you can have a great influence over.
Without some simple stress reduction strategies, life can feel a whole lot more burdensome. You may feel tired before the week has barely begun or feel overwhelmed on a daily basis.
Here are Ange’s Fab 5 easy & practical tips to de-stressing your day:

  • Listen to your favorite music
  • Call a friend and take some time out for a chat
  • Be mindful – take time to experience your senses in the day
  • Exercise (even for a minute)
  • Prepare for the next day the night before
